- School Leaving Certificate from the Previous School.
- An attested photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate.
- Marksheet of the Previous Class.
- Two Passport Size Photos of each parent & guardian.
- An attested photocopy of Aadhar Card.
- Six (06) Passport Size Photos of the student.
